  • I think the point of the story is that Edwards WOULD have brought Obama down IF Obama had made him his running mate in 2008. And Obama was apparently considering it until the this Toben guy called the Obama campaign and told them what was going on.

  • Considering how right-wing biased the Rasmussen poll is, if Romney is only ahead by 1% in it he is in a boatload of trouble. He'd need to be up by 4% or 5% in Rasmussen to be ahead in reality.

  • Republicans can't handle the truth. The truth is, Obama is an excellent president who, if given another 4 years, will likely go down among the best the US has had in the last 100 years or so. Unlike Bush, who will rank among the worst in our nation's entire history.

  • Who said anything about the government running the airlines? Airlines should include the price of checking a bag in their fee. Then you wouldn't have everyone trying to cram every piece of carry on luggage they own into the overhead bins.

  • DUH. The reason people are carrying on tons of bags is because of the outrageous extortion fees charged for checking luggage these days. Everyone with half a brain knew that was going to happen. Which I guess eliminates most airline executives from the discussion.

  • Through the evidence coming out, it is pretty clear that George Zimmerman is a murderer. He stalked, pursued, and then killed his victim, who he killed simply because he was black. Even if he killed the boy during a struggle, it was a struggle that HE initiated by stalking the kid.

  • I don't get this. The guy murdered a teenager in cold blood for "looking like he is on drugs" (aka. for being black). He should spend the rest of his live rotting in jail. He's a murderer.
